Hugedildo Ordering Process and Timeline
Welcome to Hugedildo one-stop shopping guide. Dear Madam Sir, We know how valuable your time is, and we want to help you navigate our website with ease. We have purposely planned the entire purchase process to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible! In this guide, we’ll take you through the shopping process, from browsing our great selection of huge dildos to checking out brand-new dildo toys. Take it easy and let’s start a fun shopping trip!
Choose and determine the one you want to buy
Find the dildo of your choice and use the scroll-down product page to customize its listed attribute options. For example dildo size, color, and place of shipment. Although we list them, the choice is left to the customer.
Note: Failure to select an attribute may result in failure to add to the shopping cart! You should double-check the configuration and click “Add to cart” or “Buy Now” at the bottom of the options page to create an order.
Checkout and payment
Check out your cart and checkout. Enter your shipping details and contact details. Please enter your name or pseudonym and correct mobile phone number so that the courier can contact you.
Then choose the payment method that works best for you. We support a variety of payment methods including PayPal, and if you don’t want to use PayPal, you can also pay with credit or debit cards (no PayPal account required). You will be redirected to a new window to make your payment, don’t worry, they are all safe.
Order confirmation
You will receive an email with all the details of your order. Please check all details and shipping information. If you want to amend your order, please contact us within 24 hours.
If you have not received our order confirmation, please check your spam folder and make sure our emails are not blocked in your mailbox.
Prepare the product
After confirming the order, we will prepare the product for you. The time required depends on the style of dildo you choose and its stock. If you want it to reach you faster, you can choose “Expedited Shipping” at checkout or contact us for expedited processing, of course, you have to pay the corresponding expedited fee.
Normal processing time:
- USA Warehouse: 24 hours processing time + 3-5 days shipping time. (depending on your location)
- Hugedildo Factory: 48 hours processing time + shipping time (depending on your location)
Of course, we take the privacy of our customers very seriously, therefore, all Hugedildo dildos are shipped in private packaging. Deliver discreetly in a carton or sealed bag. No one will know what you purchased.
Shipping
Our shipping partners are USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. You can track your package through Track Order and contact the courier to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Shipping time depends on your location. It may take longer for your package to arrive in Canada, Australia, and the EU. So please be patient and keep in touch with us.
Delivery and inspection
After a few days of waiting the big dildo will be delivered to your home.
Despite our best care, rare instances of damage cannot be avoided. If the outer box of the package is damaged, please do not unbox it!!! You should contact us to deal with it. Since most of our packaging is not fully sealed due to the dildo itself, we have no way of knowing if it has been used. So, if you have that rare occasion: there is a damaged package. Please contact us at the first time to return or exchange the goods, and we will also give you some compensation accordingly!
