It is an unsanitary practice to accept returns of personal items; therefore, all sales are final.
We will help you find the perfect dildo. If you need more information before making your purchase, contact us by email, phone, or fill out the “ask a question” form on the product page.
Order processing starts within 12 hours of receipt of your payments. So, please make sure your order is correct before you hit the submit button.
(a). Cancellation made within 12 hours of purchase will incur a 5% transaction fee (Paypal or your bank charges, we do not charge any cancellation fee)
(b). Cancellations made within 12-24 hours of purchase will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
(c). If we have already shipped your order, then the order cannot be canceled, please understand.

What happens if I’m unsatisfied with an item?
Send us an email and let us know why. We will provide you with a partial refund or a large coupon for you to use in future orders.
Can I return something even if it hasn’t been opened?
Most items are not sealed, so it is impossible to know if they have been used or not. This is why we do not accept returned items, even if they have not been opened. (A clamshell or box is not considered a sanitary seal.)
What if my toy is broken or doesn’t work?
All products are covered by a 30 day warranty.
Defective products will be replaced with the same product within the warranty period only.
If you receive a defective product:
Email us : [email protected] with your order number & a description of the defect. If applicable, attach a picture to the email showing the defect.
What if the product measurements are different?
Some product packages list inaccurate measurements. We have measured every item and listed the accurate measurements on our website. This is why the measurements on our website may differ from what is listed on the product packaging.
All measurements may vary slightly, especially along the shaft of an item. Measurements may vary due to variances in the manufacturing process. We do not provide refunds for measurement discrepancies.
Undeliverable Returned Packages
We are not responsible for shipments lost due to an incorrect address.Please verify your address is correct before placing your order.All undeliverable returned packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover additional & unpaid shipping costs. If an order is returned, we will send a notification by email. We do not refund shipping fees.
