Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes. Cancellation depends on your order status:
Before shipment: We can cancel your order and issue a refund.
After shipment: Once your package has been shipped, cancellation is usually no longer possible because the parcel is already in transit. If it is later returned to us, we can process the applicable refund.
Need to Change Your Order?
Need to change the shipping address, product, or quantity? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before your order is shipped.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once a refund is processed, the funds will normally be returned to your original payment method within 24 hours. Actual posting time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
