This thing is BIG. I have been wanting the challenge of a knot and this is a challenge. I had owned the purple wolfie but there was nowhere near enough space between the knot and the base to make it stick. No problem here. Plenty of space. Make sure you use plenty of lube with this toy, as the knot is very abrubt, and challenging. Good size leading to the knot, however. And enough space between the knot an the base to create a good "lock," while still keeping plenty of pressure in just the right spot. Can't speak to the suction aspect of the toy, personally.
Not silicone, so just about any lube should work; just make sure you have plenty applied when you try to conquer the knot.

Immediately upon insertion into my hole, the tapered point tantalized my prostate like I've never felt before.
