It looks very realistic. A lot of girls asked me where I got it and raved about it because it looked like a real horse penis! However, even after many washes, it still does not lose its color and has no bad smell. I have a friend who has the same dildo and she has had it for years and hers still smells like chemicals and is also very stiff. The most anatomicllay realistic of this genre of toys. the x-sml is a little floppy but just good enough size for beginner male or female use.
